中院门楼也是哥特式尖顶方柱，门楣阴刻石匾“福寿康”，两边影壁是精美的青砖阳雕五福绕寿图案。西院主房正门圆拱上方镶嵌“慎修身”门匾，两侧分别有“树德”“务本”阳刻砖雕门匾。窗楣是圆拱砖砌，并分别雕以篆字诗句：“遣兴千杯酒”“消闲万卷书”“雅室枝叶茂”“春风桃李新”。
